Deep Drawing Modeling at MFL

Modeling of deep drawing process has been known to be one of the most cost effective means of optimizing quantity of technological operations, characteristics of aluminum sheet.

The objective of this research is to identify and develop an appropriate model for deep drawing of conical shells and prediction the optimal deforming process during deep drawing tests.

The models can be used to modify the geometry of an actual problem deep drawing conical shells for the industry.
